We all face hard times in life and getting divorced is one tough situation people sadly have to deal with all the time. The owner of this flat was eager make a fresh start in Manhattan and Maria Brito, an award-winning interior designer from Venezuela who’s been working in New York for 15 years already, was the person in charge to provide so. She wanted her client to feel better using a variety of bright and cheerful colors integrating them with the classic furniture the owner already had.
So this flat was born in the Upper West Side with contemporary art work and an eclectic style that invites you to start over with happiness and strength. Some hints of yellow to lighten up the space in the dinning room, different tones of green to communicate peace and energy in the bedroom, cheerful pink in the office and a mix of everything in the living room with gorgeous fabrics and a beautiful carpet. The bathroom makes a contrast all in black and white combining classic and contemporary furniture and decorative items.
Everything is so carefully been taken care of that’s impossible to imagine it somehow else. The combination of colour, classic, light and contemporary wall art is outstanding and makes this flat unique.
